The Magach (Battering Ram, in Hebrew) model 7 and 7C, are the most heavily converted Patton tanks in service with the IDF Armored Corps. The Magach 7 and 7C are based on the US made M60 tank. Since the adquisition by the IDF, during and after the Yom Kippur war in 1973, this tank has benn through 6 stages of upgrade.
